Sara Sampieri is an expert in history, archaeology and art. She has developed extensive knowledge of intercultural relations, especially between Europe and the Mediterranean regions.
She is currently Honorary Fellow in Archaeology and Art History of the Ancient Near East, Arabian Peninsula, and Gulf at the Sapienza University of Rome, Faculty of Philosophy and Classics, Department of Science of Antiquities (1st QS World University Ranking by Subject).
